Dear medi assist team,

I have submitted documents on 5th oct, 2018. But, still i didn't receive any sms or claim no. And my claim is still not processed as it is already 18 days over.

I am calling to branch since last 10 days and talking with mrs. Ronny, she is always telling me that it will be done by tomorrow.

Iam not getting response from customer care also.

Please give me status and do needful as soon as possible.
