Hello We have renewed the policy this year considering the past claim of radiotherapy was successfully processed by medi assist (Claim id h[protected]. Same set of documents like declaration of smoking in past is submitted this time but this is very unfair that they have rejected the ecashless this time. Regarding claim no 99012550, had contacted Medi Assist customer care and the executive was so irresponsible in answering to my queries. At least they should guided to a right channel in prioritising my request.
