I have submitted the Reimbursement claim more than 10 weeks ago, they claim to process within 7-10 working days which is nonsense. we have to keep calling their call center who are not aware of any details on the claim and are useless to provide information.
1. Why does mediassist need to have a call center to tell the status that i already know - under process for ages
2. Why should the customer follow up 10 times for Medi assist to do their basic job
3. Why are details of where and why it is pending not provided.
4. I will ensure and escalate this to court and MEdi assist must not put that they reimburse within 7-10 days.
5. I'm raising this and making this an issue in Twitter, Facebook and all social media to ensure this scam of Mediassist is known to public and they avoid.
6. Buisnesses which are thinking Medi assist is good for their employees or are taking it because it is cheap should know how their people suffer because of such an insurance company
7. I have called 3 people and all three do not have anything to update. their manager is so busy that he still is calling back for 1 month after 3 reminders

2nd Aug - Afifa at Medi assist call center (Put ur claim on priority) - Priyanka at Medi assist - 8.15 am 9 Aug 24 - spoke to Ankit on 17 Aug 24 7.30 am IST.
Im a HR Director and understand that this must be resolved being in a people function.
Mediassist vision and mission must be on the consumer or people needs being in the hospital industry, I don't think they even deserve to be running this when they are not sensitive to people needs with regards to health emergencies and heath expenses.
