I mohammad imran khan have a claim in my spouse's name mrs nishad khan having claim number 17985120 this claim was processed in 13/10/2018 by meddy assist but the insurer has not made the processed amount yet.

Please help me get the processed/settled amount as soon as possible.

Medi claim has never been supportive in reimbursing the claim as the customer care is asking to drop a mail but there is no response for the ticket generated. All the original documents have been submitted and patient is waiting from past 6 months.If no action is taken we will file a case.
