Medi Assist India — mediclaim date[protected], mediclaim pending since more than 1 year

Dear sir/madam,
I have claimed for my twins babies. I sent all documents of both on same time. But there was one claim passed. My second baby claim process is not going on yet. It would be more than 1 year to take place for this matter. And there is no any update of my second baby claim. I have ensure that my both babies name in my hrms portal. Please do the needful. If any queries please inform me.
I talk with your customer care representative with two times. They give me explanation no as below

Claim date[protected]
My 1st baby claim amt -16945/- which is passed
My 2nd baby claim amt-52606/- which is remain

Medi assist id-[protected]
Primary beneficiary - priti rameshchandra panda

Here i attached a screenshot of my dependent child seen in dena bank hrms portal.

Please do the needful for my 2nd baby claims.
