Medi Assist India — not able to submit claims and not able to connect to customer care

I have been trying to call customer care since yesterday they don't respond or call gets disconnected after a while without answering. They fool us by saying i am unable to hear when they perfectly are able to hear. I wanted to clarify that if i need to submit a claim online we have option of submitting in 7 days after admission or after surgery or after discharge. Also what is the procedure if we miss submitting within 7 days of admission?
