For some strange reason, the consignment moved between various sos (You can also see in 'track the consignment' of the india post portal. The consignment is supposed to have been received by your kolkata office on 07.10.2019 and, presumably because of the puja holidays, will be sent to your bengaluru office tomorrow.
I had spoken to mam puja of your bengaluru office/call centre at[protected] today and appraised her the situation. She was kind enough to confirm that she would contact me on 11.10.2019 and inform.
