Medi Assist India — settlement payment not received

I have submitted claim[protected] on 24th july 2019, regarding which i received message the claim is settled, and amount is transferred to my account vide transaction ref. No.[protected]gn00201 on 31st july. But i haven’t receive any money in my bank account. I have also sent mail to [protected]@mediasistindia.com (Ticket id 8100944) With bank statement, but there is no satisfactory response please look into the matter, and do the needful. Dear Mediassist, I don't know what is the problem with your support team. I again got reply that your claim is settled nothing else.
Are they so dumb that they can't understand what is the problem????
Its settled I know, I also know you/Insurance co. have done NEFT, but the money is not received in my account.
You need to follow-up with the NEFT originating bank, whether NEFT was successful. If not what was issue, rectify it and again do the NEFT.
Cant they understand such a simple thing.
