Medi Assist India — status information awaited even after submission of documents

This is Bhanu Prasad S/o Narasinga Rao who is an LIC agent having corporate insurance policy and the TPA is Mediassist. Mr. Narasinga Rao had undergone two surgeries one is TURBT and the other is Radical Cysectomy due to the attack of Bladder Cancer.

We applied for the reimbursement of pre hospitalisation expenses for the above two surgeries and the details are

On enquiry it is noticed that the claims are received by the company on 13.08.18 and they requested for additional information and the same (all the original copies) are submitted by us on 06.09, 18 at Srikakulam LIC branch Office.

Still the claims are under the status of information awaited. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest possible.
