Sir, i purchase Micromax Led Tv on dated 17.10.2017 by sales partner Flipcart with three year warranty.
My led tv is not work on date 12.08.2018, i registered complaints that day on their helpline no. I continuously mail & calling them but they are not responding me.

    I bought a led tv model # 32tsd6150 fhd sr. No. 00132b86412151b dt 25th oct 2016 with three warranty

    On date of installation, i have send the message to the mobile no. As suggested by the service engineer to get my product registered. I received the return message that they have received the request for the extended warranty dt 29th oct 2016

    Last monday, my tv got faulty, i registered the complaint to attend the problem, customer care told me that is no record of my tv in their data base, hence there is no warranty applicable

    It was a big surprise for me. Please help to get my tv repaired under warranty.

      My phone number is [protected].

      I bought a micromax ac in march and it has stopped working for a week now. Called your call center to get a technician visit but no one has turned up yet. The first time i called they told me technician raj would visit the next day and gave me his phone number[protected]. This guy is the most unprofessional perspm. He made us wait for two days all day at home and never came. He did not answer my phone calls so i called your call center back and they tell me that my case was cancelled. What kind of business are you guys running? This is the first micromax product i ever bought and surely the last one. It's been over a week and still no one has turned up. I am so fed up. Please send a technician as soon as possible and take strict action against the people involved in this negligence.

      Below are the details of my call center contact. I've attached screenshot of the call log with raj the technician who was assigned for visit and never turned up and cancelled my appointment. Such a #.

      The number of phone calls I've made to the technician who keeps telling me that he is busy and can't visit or will visit the next day and doesn't turn up all day. Pathetic you guys are.

        I have deposit my handset q409 on baruipur micromax care on 14.09.2018.
        Job sheet no:[protected]. Toady is 04.10.2018.
        They are not responding. And call me to get another phone q402.512 mb ram. They are telling that this models board is not available. Why?
        They are harassing me. How can i receive512 mb ram handset instead of 1 gb ram?

But origanlly bill purchase name and extend warranty name same. Micromax care does not cover warranty. But product is under warranty. Please solve this problem.

            Hi team,

            I am really unhappy and irate also with the kind of pathetic response/service i got from micromax as i bought a phone micromax c1 and started facing issue in just even less than 6 months time from when i purchased this and i complaint about the same and they asked me to visit the service center which was very far from my place so i couldn't. I asked them to get my phone collected from my place and get it checked as i will not have time for all this but they never helped me. Now the phone's display has gone as i got this checked the phone's mother board needs to be replaced and it just completed 1 year on 15th sept. '2018. I complaint about it and they asked me to visit the nearest service center and get the jobsheet created and take a photo and send it to micromax but when i visited the service center today they didn't create the jobsheet stating that they need in writing from company for the approval else i will be charge rs. 5500.

            I am really not happy as this center was 25 kms. Far from my place and i went there as per email confirmation of micromax representative and now this hassle happened.

            I want micromax to be penalized for the same and also my problem needs to be resolved without any charge as its technical defect.

                Respected sir/madam,
                I purchased yu yureka 2 handset before 1 year, after 6..7 months it suddenly stopped working. Service center in akurdi pin code 411035 installed software which was bug of google play store not working they cant resolve the issue till now. Also they replaced new handset with micromax canvas infinity pro hs3 worst every micromax product very slow in processing, heats alot.. Worst camera quality.. Fast battery drain nothing is good about it.. Its almost 1 month i am using.. Can i get my yureka 2 handset reverse.. Really suck of this handset..

                  Hi sir/mam,
                  I have micromax canvas turbo a250 mobile. After 1 yr use then start some auto restart problem and then dead.
                  I am going nearest micromax service center, then center person said boot ic is damaged need to replace it cost is inr. 1300/- and he said i will give you 1 month warranty. I agreed and he is work done.
                  After 5 days same problem starts gain. I am going there and told her he said motherboard problem need replace it cost inr. 4500/-.
                  I said same problem, so i told her refund my money. He said i cant refund you.

                  Please help me

                    On august 30, 2008 i had submitted my hs2 mobile phone to your service centre mentioning the complaints. I was told in 2 days to a week i would get my phone or a new replacement. It's been near to 30 days now nothing has happened & look at the irony the motto of this company is customer first. Oh yes, now i know what it means. I had in this period talked to the service centre manager 4-5 times in a period of 3 weeks. Got only assurances no result. Then sent a complaint on micromax website, reference number ser[protected], got a call from your executive, lodged a strong protest, waited for another week and another failed assurance. Then contacted [protected]@micromaxinfo.com, no one called, just a formal email again giving assurances ticket no.964322, 964415. Now, i am here awaiting concrete object oriented answer. If nothing materializes then in next 2 days would contact head office & then with no where else to go would be forced to serve you notice under consumer court directions & then it won't be possible for me to take any step back.

                    I got a call in the afternoon of 28th September asking me to collect the new replaced phone . It seems the escalation executive whom I had a talk with on 20th did his job but a bit late . The franchisee got their help from DSM . Whatever it may be the franchisee, distributors, call centre were all caught napping all the while until the case was escalated & the cause is poor basic training. I have so much of electronic products with me & in case of any fault replacement was delivered maximum within a week in many occasions with some even with a higher version. Anyways let this new phone work very long.

                      I have a Micromax mobile model Q4310, due to not working torch/Flash Light in my mobile, I have complained and submitted my mobile to the service centre on 29 Aug 2018 within warranty period. Next day the service centre gave a response that my Mobile would have to be sent to New Delhi Micromax office and and it will take 15 to 20 days for repair and service time. 18september I confirmed abouty mobile with the help of job sheet number from toll-free number of micromax and the status of my mobile has been repaired said by customer care executive . After that i.e. 20sep 2018, I went to service centre for my mobile but the local Service centre has asked me to wait for few days without any fixed date and status of the complain addressed. I am completely upset with the uncertainty in the time alloted for the service with such bad response from the local service centre.After that many times contact with customers care of micromax executive but the reply of customer care like a excuse, I would like to draw you attention in this concern and request your intervention for quick service.

                        Just recently bought a tv with a warranty period of 2 years via online, due to some problem the tv isn't working. When approached the service centre, they said the tv can be repaired. Having said this no one has approached till now, it's being a month now or so, no action so far. Just fooling the customer. Never expected such a poor service from micromax service centre at all.

                        My mobile was taken 28 August for repair but still not received I want my phone urgent I am just fed-up up of calling in call center
                        I am owning micromax smart T.V. and its remote control got damage . from the last 2 months i have contacted all agencies and dealers of micromax in dwarka, janakpuri, south delhi, gurgaon but unable to find out. I even contacted customer care but couldn, t find.

                            I had purchased micromax mobile bearing model #v407 on 06-02-18. But the system shows problem "key pad not working properly". When i come to micromax service center, m/s saranya associates, bhubaneswar they open the system and told that the system is tampered & no warranty covered. I had complain to micromax support vide reference no is ser[protected] indicating how a system is tampered without breaking seal?

                            Plz be confirm
                            Is it possible to tampered with seal

                            Is micromax sold repairable mobile with seal

                            Is mocromax not want to give free services due to cost effective as their products require service any time.

                            If the above are right plz be confirm or repair/change my mobile.

                              It is submitted that i have raised complaint on dated 05.09.2018 regarding my tv and my complaint number is[protected].
                              And my registered number for the same is [protected].
                              A engineer came at my home to the very next day and told that your pcb has been damaged and a new pcb would installed.
                              After that they have taken more than 9 days but my led is still not repared and when i ask in the care in turn they told that you pcb is not received to us from the delhi office. I have called in customer care than they told that ask in service center and when i make call to the service center in turn mr. Karanjit who picked my call told that ask to customer care. I am confused in this whole process and no one help me out neither customer care nor service center.
                              So i request to you that please send my pcb plate in concerned care and repare my tv as soon as possible. Other wise i will knock the door of consumer court and also advertise your poor service issue in newspaper. I will wait for only one day more.

                                I had purchased one mobile phone micromax q409 in 27 november 2017, k which started touch got worst so submitted it at company service center "m/s techno world, nilgiri mansion, opposite nemcare hospital, g. S. Road bhangagarh, guwahati, assam. On 9th august'18 and was informed that i will get it back with in 7 days. Since then i visited there no times and also cal no of times including today and was surprised to listen that it will take more time because mobile was yet not repaired. If i wish i can take back the faulty phone as of now or need to wait more.
                                So, i have want to know what action and measures you have take the solution of this problem. So i want my phone price back or replaced phone give me if they unable to repaire in due time. Holding the phone in service centre is such a long time is wastage of customer time and money u have done.

Joki 2mah pale hamne new battery kharid kar (Micromaxq336) lagaya firv battery nahi tik rahi h. Pura charge kar esko use karte h to minto - sackondo me 1/2 ho ja raha h aur for 3-4 minute hote-hote 0%ho ja raha h. Akhir mobile me kya kharabi h. Kese thik hoga? Agar ander board se kharabi hoga to kya office me bhejne par thik ho jayega ki nahi?
