Sir i indubhusan chandrakar from bhubaneswar odisha, i was give my mobile a311 in the micromax care (Sruti trlrservices bbsr-15, asc code-e010229 dt-22/05/18 for replacing mother board. They told me that " we return ur mobile in 7 to 8 days but still the don't return my mobile the service was so bad 3 to 4 times i was vist ther for return my mobile but still they didn't return my mobile it was so much disgusting. Without getting money u didn't start for repairing my mobile when i was gave that why u did not repair in time!?

    Sir,
    I have given a hand set BTY-X1i for the repair in Micromax service center Malda on 26th April 2018 at 11.30AM . The problem was "KEYPAD AUTO WORKS+BATTERY PROBLEM" and the phone was under warranty period. The counter boy called me after 5 to 6 days to get back my repaired phone while I go there they told me battery is damaged come after 3 to 4 days again I go there after 4 days they told me the courier have not arrived yet come tomorrow again I went next day and the answer is same. In this way they called me several time but not delivered my hand set yet and I get a lot of problem for not having my cell phone. Every time I visit the service center in office hour faces traffic jam and Travelling expenses(10 times) also.
    Therefore I request you to look into the matter and solve the matter as soon as possible.

    I gave my e481 mobile on 21/05/2018 to be done at your service center. It was given a week's time. But it has not been so far. Now, after asking, they increase time every day, or say, come and take it like this.

      Sir, my phone is micrmoax canvas juice 2 and the recent problem is it gets stuck and also will only on when the battery fully drains... I took my phone to the servicing station at kollam

      This is the address.. And firat there attitude was so rude... They only gave the phone after 5days telling that the servicing is not finished... I collected the phone... And it seems ok... But at that day night it again got stuck... I opened it and saw that if they have opened the mobile phone. There is a silp with micromax logo it should be torn but it is not.. And no change in battery or anything... And they have took 400 rupees form me telling they have done everything right...

      Plz take this issues seriously and take necessary action... Is justice is there plzz take stick action...

          Nobody properly responding in service centre.
          Waste of cost buying a micromax accessories & new mobile phones.
          Waste quality mobiles & accessories.
          Wost brand is micromax.
          We telling some problems in repair they doing another work in that mobile phone.
          A product is 3 months only proper working.
          3 months later all of them in service center only.
          Very very very very much poor company is micromax

            Wost brand is micromax.
            Waste of money using a micromax brand mobile.
            Nobody correct responding to constumer in service center.
            Problem is one they doing another work in that mobile.
            Every one the mobile buy in 3 months before repair is a reason coming to service centre.
            No quality in accessories.
            Every one come to service centre scholding about the brand. Including me.

              My compliant is about irresponsibility of [protected]@tumkur, near ibaco ice cream center, in bangalore road. I purchased my phone on 14/6/2017 in bhadravathi model no:q4310 canvas 2 2017 chrome black. But on february on 22/02/2018 my phone isn’t charging so i took my phone to [protected]@tumkur they checked my phone and said that mcb has gone. They told that wait for one week. After one week when i visited micromax care they told your phone mother board has gone so we send your phone to bangalore again wait for one week. After one week that is on march second week they give my phone but camera isn’t working and sensor and it’s not charging even so again same day they took my phone once again on march, till may when i make a call, they received my calls and saying that wait for 2to3 days. I have been for tumkur more than 10 times from gubbi, i given my mobile 2 times they spended nearly 3 months but still my mobile is in problem.. So requesting for new mobile..
              On may 7th they gave my mobile but it’s not completely repaired, flash light isn’t working and when i gave my mobile to the repair they said they said 3 months warranty will be extended but now they said that warranty will not to be extended …. I went again to the store to repair the flash light but they said to change the whole board that too of 1 week time … this is because of irresponsibility of the manager of micromax [protected]@tumkur so i am complainting on the manager of [protected]@tumkur and the worker response is too bad.. So kindly accept my complaint regarding my mobile and try to extend my warranty soon and its to be good to give me a new phone.

                I have micromax evok power, i but this because i was a big fan of micromax mobiles, but after but this i am so shocked, my phone is heating very much and sometimes hanging problem
                The latest update by google is 9.0 and my mobile is still running on marshmallow, no update for my mobile, very bad to say, almost all mobiles are running on noughat or oreo released in 2017-18, but nothing in micromax mobiles
                So plzzz sir give latest updates to mobiles, as least the mobiles having 2gb ram, plzzz

                  I, purchased micromax cg777 on 2-6-2017, which has a problem of charging & it does not works properly since the date of purchase. Therefore i have complained my grievance to micromax service centre (Hera enterprises; yash kamal complex; bistupur) a lot many times but they couldn't find out a solution to my grievance. As micromax provide 1 year manufacturing warranty. So on 2-8-2018 my warranty period will be over. So i erge to look into the matter as soon as possible.

                    Mocromax air conditioning bought 1 ton 3 star ac after installation within 4 days from 3 rd party mocromax says can't give any service and all warranty void as you have done installation from a 3 rd party vendor. Urgent action on this pathetic service even after paying for a product which is merely 1 week old mocromax denies service to its customers.

                      Dear sir,

                      I have given my handset on 02/05/2018 on which play store is not working in the service center of micromax i. E sp call tech, shop no.8, cision complex, first fllor, montieth road, egmore, chennai - 600008 which was still covered in warranty period.
                      They have format the phone and installed the software. When came back home and checked for the solution again the same problem. The issue was not solved. Three time same thing was happen.
                      On fourth time they have keep waited me for 4-5 hours after that they told to give hand set because the problem is not solved. They have told it will be solved in two days. But the issue is still pending. When ever i am calling and going to service center they are asking another two days. Now its total 11 days are gone, still the issue was not solved. Eight time i have gone there, every time the same reply. Today they have told me it will take another 10 days. Even they have not created the job sheet also.
                      I have told them if you cant solve the issue then replace the phone. Still the phone is in warranty only. But they have told that they dont have a replacement policy.

                      They have given the toll free number and told to contact there. But there also not a proper reply.
                      Hope will get the solution here.

                        I had purchased Micromax Selfie-2 from Jhansi City UP.
                        after using 3 month in my device one problem is come problem is trueCaller Apps not working then i visit the nearest Micromax Care Jhansi for resolving my problem the official is checking my device and said me this is an internal problem you can wait 10 days for checking your problems at company level i decide ok Please,
                        after 10 Days i visit the service center official is said me your problem is not resolved yet and said me we will replaced your device with MMX Model Q4601
                        but i deny the same due to specification issue in the replaced device
                        but till yet no any response from company side. So this is my humble request to your Please help

                            My mobile used to switch off automatically after reaching around 50% after starting any application. Also, i found suddenly my mobile will start optimising applications while starting.

                            To resolve these issues, i visited multiple times to micromax service centre on 2nd floor of shreenath plaza, sant dnyaneshwar paduka chowk, fergusson college road, pune.

                            Wed 02 may 2018: visited centre, informed that it is battery issue. Need to replace battery. They do not have at present, will come in 2-3 days, so i should visit after receiving call from the centre.

                            Thu 03 may 2018: received call from service centre around 18:15. I agreed to visit centre next day.

                            Fri 04 may 2018: visited centre around 11:45 am. After almost an hour, they found that new battery is not working and asked me to call in the evening to check if new battery has arrived. Mobile was left at the service centre.

                            Sat 05 may 2018: visited service centre around 10:00 am. New battery (In working condition) was not received previous day. Person informed me that they will check again, if they can get battery by evening. Mobile was still at the service centre.

                            Sat 05 may 2018: my wife visited centre around 17:30 to check, if new battery is received. Person informed my wife that store from where battery is expected is closed on saturday & sunday. I am surprised why this was not known in the morning around 10:00 am. As per my instruction, my wife collected my mobile as service centre was closed on sunday and i can use my mobile after charging fully for at least 45 minutes.

                            Since then i have not received any update on battery from service centre.

                            On 7th may 2018, i received message from micromax to provide feedback. It clearly indicates that complaint is closed without providing solution.

                              I bought a Micromax 50 inch LED TV (Model No. 50V8550FHD, Serial No. [protected]) from M/S Video Sales, Railway Road, Aligarh on 13/05/2017 paying Rs. 35, 700/- through credit card.
                              Just after installing the TV started producing blurred audio. Micromax technician said it may be due to smaller size of my bedroom. I did not pay much attention to the issue after technicians assurance.

                              Recently my TV went blank all of a sudden. It proved a herculean task to connect to micromax customer care executive on 6th May 2018. However, after spending atleast four hours in a row, I was lucky to get him across. Customer Care registered my complaint wide reference number UTP[protected]. A technician ( Mr. Dinesh Saxena) from micromax service centre M/s Tripati Enterprises, ADA Colony, Aligarh came to my house and asked me to send the TV to their workshop. I arranged a rikshaw to send the TV to the workshop and paid him Rs. 150/- from my pocket.

                              For the next two days I did not receive any feedback from the service centre despite my repeated calls to the technician who had visited my house. In the meantime, I also called at the service centre number ([protected]) again and again to get the same reply every time that my TV will be inspected soon. When I insisted and repeatedly requested Mr Dinesh Saxena to share the actual details with me he told me that the workshop technician is on leave for a couple of days. I tried calling Mr. Bhagat Singh also but in vain. Then I called Micromax CC and the executive assured me that my TV will be reaching to me by the end of that day ie 8th May 2018. But no such thing happened.

                              On 9th May 2018, I again called Micromax CC and reported my grievance. The executive advised me to call Mr. Bhagat Singh and gave me a different number of him this time. Luckily through this number Mr. Bhagat Singh got connected. He told me that he was not aware of the case and will call me back soon after. I waited for 2 hours but 'soon after' appeared to be a tricky metaphor. When I called him and asked about the status, he shared that Card of my TV is burnt and they have sent requisition to the Area Manager Mr. Kapil. Mr Bhagat Singh also told me later that Mr Kapil has not yet responded whether the card is available with him or it has to be procured from somewhere else. And that once the card arrives probably taking 7 days, it will be examined if rest of the p[arts like array are okay or not. If further issues are detected after installing card, then I may get my TV only after the requisition-delivery-installation is completed. that is 7 days each time. So in total I will have to wait for long.

                              I am sorry to declare that I am highly dissatisfied, harassed, agonized, distressed and frustrated due to the faulty product and after sales services of Micromax. I WILL NOT WAIT.
                              Either Micromax assures me to replace my TV with a new one (my TV is not even one year old and it bears 3 years warranty) or else I WILL approach the Consumer Court tomorrow. Online Petition I am going to file just after sending this email.

                                  My phone ( Micromax Canvas Infinity) was stolen just half an hour ago on my way back to Thane railway station, Mumbai. The incident happened while boarding a bus. The IMEI no. is [protected]. Currently the phone appears to be switched off when we try to reach.
                                  Firstly, I want the company to lock my phone and render it useless.

                                    I had some charging issues in micromax Q4202.We went to service center in borivali thakar mall.They said there will be battery issues.so thy said to purchase battery frm them. They dnt check whether there is some phone issues ( phone is in warranty) after insisting them thy tool phone for checking and told that they will ll tell us the prblm in day or two it has been 4 days they didn't call or keep on tellng thy it ll take some time . After visiting the centre again they said there is no problem in phone and they said to purchase the battery of 704 rupees.we even don't know that they had checked our phone or not. Its a total waste to buy any product from Micromax. The customer care services are horrible...

                                      Everthing was so good with micromax, one day my harassment starts when A.C. stopped working.
                                      Since 28th April 2018 I called 12 times in customer care. Spoke to Mr Arun ( i guess owner of noida service center) and his engineers atleat 8 times and wrote 10 emails to complain box but all efforts failed and my A.C. is not working.

                                      After mental harassment of 6 days 1 engineer appeared on 3rd May who simply said there is no gas in A.C. and he will come back next day.
                                      The very next day Mr Arun called me and said - sorry we can't help we don't have approval for gas fill. Since that day to day is May 7 2018 and no one has come yet.

                                      I feel like I have taken a A.C. on charity from Micromax. Customer care don't care...They warn you...They misbehave...They hang up..They lie. Customer care say they cant escalate to anyone. They were repeatedly giving me number of 3rd party service center in Noida and were asking to settle issue with them.
                                      I am harassed to a point where I will not accept anything from Micromax.
                                      I will go out and get ac repaired for my older parents.

                                      i cant believe that a product under warranty is not repaired for 10 days that too a AC used by my older parents in scorching heat.

                                      I need compensation for all the mental harassment and pain cause for 10 days. It was so frustrating that i even wanted to throw the product out from window.

                                      I need new New AC or refund of my money. Somehow i want to reach to all customers and say see how you will be treated if you buy Micromax AC.

                                        I purchased micromax 43inch led tv on nov 2016. Currently i am facing dark blurred lines at the bottom edge of the tv.

                                        Post complaining to customer care, service engineer inspected and told me that "picture tube has gone, no use in repairing the tv" and also he has no clue how this happened.

                                        The tv cost is 35, 000. When i informed, micromax regarding this they told me your tv ran out of warranty.

                                        Just believing the brand "micromax", i purchased it. But i was proven wrong. My advise don't buy this product.
