I need to report a complaint regarding too many dogs in our street. These dogs are dangerous for small children and passing by people. They have been creating a chaos by throwing their #### all over the street & on cars, by giving birth to soo many puppies and most disturbingly by crying every night. It is 4:30 am as i were this complaint. I am yet to sleep because the dogs in my colony have been barking all night. I can't think of going out and taking a walk, because they start attacking everyone after 10 pm and until 7 am. I was once personally attacked while going to the temple at sunrise.
