DENGEROUS STREET DOGS-URGENT

mosqutio problem

In spite of two sweepers designated at 208 Punjabi Bagh Appartments, Rohtak Road, Madipur, ND-110063, proper cleaning is not done on a daily basis. Complained to Supervisor and SI but all in vain. Issuance of birth certificate

As per your department providing the facility to the all hospitals in delhi for online submit the birth certificate and my hospital provide me the birth reg. No. Mcdolir[protected] and my registration date is 25/03/2015.
Sir/madam, today i register a compaint on dated 22/04/2015 because of till date i could not receive my baby birth certificate. So please provide me the same as soon as possible.
