Respected sir/ madam,
Today 10/08/2017 my brother was travelling from gummidipondi to Redhills (tamilnadu) 1km before the tollgate he was brutally beaten by the robbers (two motorcyclist, in one bike 3 person and on other bike 2 person were travelling..
They beaten my brother robbed his gold chain and ring which he was wearing and he too was travelling in a bike.. he was injured very badly.. Am not at all worried about the gold which went but if life gone will they give it back..
When we checked the vehicle in Redhills RTO office it's showing as car instead of bike.. We raised a complaint in police station.. After that we rushed to the tollgate to get the CCTV footage they saying that no CCTV in motorcycle lane..
My question is " is that so a criminal will travel only by car not by an motorcycle..
Next we checked checkpost too they saying power cut so CCTV is not working..
What's happening ? So you people are giving way to criminals..

Dear NHAI officials,

Kindly note that NH-47 in Tamilnadu passing though from Salem to Chengapalli Km 0+00 to Km 100+00 is not properly maintain by the O&M contractor, lots of damages, damaged crash barriers, road signs, milestones, are not yet rectified, also service roads are joined in Main carriageway at many places without any approval from NHAI or concerned authorities, illegal crossing in many places. Illegal joining Service roads to MCW lot places. Also lot of encroachments is encroached so many Govt lands, but the officials are not attending any of these things. They only collecting the Tolls from the Vehicles. At least 15 days ones they visit the entire road, then only they can come to know the status of road.

This is regarding to non acceptance of rupees 10 coin. This scene happened in krishnagiri toll plaza in tamil nadu. I asked the person to contact the supervision or toll manager regarding this, but he neglected by saying he will not accept this coin of rs. 10. I even explained the clarification by rbi. This is in violation as toll plaza is government authorised and thereby misguiding people and spreading false rumour of coin being invalid and this is creating panic among the people. This should be treated as criminal case.

I am a resident of moradabad, uttar pradesh and i am a frequent traveller to delhi.
As i drive my car to delhi i am being charged toll tax at 3 tolls among which one is illegal. The toll of dasna is illegal or is temporarily on hold or whatever as per my knowledge. This toll charges taxes from few travelers and few are allowed to pass. I myself tried to escape and no one stopped me. Then again one day they stopped and asked for toll whereas the car in front of me was not even stopped and asked for toll. The car that time was also mine and i can assure of no passes or exempted toll. When i asked why i am being charged the toll person said, yaha aisa hi hota hai, tumhari gaadi to aage jayegi ni. When i asked him about the name of the person who id collected toll he refused to tell me the name. When he gave me the receipt it was mention time 4:32 pm whereas it was 5:24 pm at that time. Moreover there is nk vehicle number of the receipt given.
We are a tax payer consumer of this country and this illegal earnings from people like us should be immediately stopped.

While traveling from baner to punawale, on nh 4 below wakad bridge some private vehicles halts for picking up tourists. This is causing blockage of at least two lanes out of three. Mainly state transport bus has provided their station on it. As per highway maintenance, three lanes should always clear.
Fortunatly we have sub way which can be used to pick up tourist by private and state transport vehicles. All this is happening in front for wakad police station.

We are facing daily basis harassment at toll plaza - shahjahapur where 10-20 min waiting for every vehicle due to poor staffing by operator leading to impacting us as late reporting of staff in every shift start and end. You are requested to visit immediately and take countermeasure immediately to avoid any incident as lots of people having grievance.

This is to make complain for the pathetic condition of nh12 between bhopal & jabalpur. It takes more than 8 hrs to cover a distance less than 350 kms. Condition is worse between bhopal to obedullaganj & near jabalpur which is damaging the vehicles & costing a lot to the passenger. It is affecting business as mandideep is an industrial sector but governing bodies is not taking care of it. I as a citizen, paying income tax for the betterment of the country but there is ko governance for it. If this continues, there will be a migration of ppl from mp to metropolitan cities. Please take strict action against the governing bodies.

Today 6/8/2017 we had to go to bkc from vashi so while crossing the toll the person standing started abusing my husband and me is this the way to behave why should we pay toll as both the roads to and fro vashi are not maintained and the people abuse if no action is taken i all not pay the toll...
It is the same story for many o[censored]s please resolve this problem as we know that you will not take any action but hope you do the needful

I travelled from jalandhar to patiala through toll plaza station on satluj river. At toll plaza, i waited for more than 3 minutes near about 6 minutes today on dt. I. E. 05/aug/2017. But i didn't get any exemption.

Pl. Look into this metter and do the needful as early as possible for all consumer.

This is to make complain for the pathetic condition of national highway from bhopal to jabalpur. Condition is more than worse leading to lot of major accidents.in the highway, mandideep is the industrial sector but due to worst condition of the national highway, it is getting difficult to set up any business in the area. This is really a bad impact on make in india program that the honarable prime minister has initiated.
Being one of the major highway, it is the duty of the governing body to provide facilities to the consumer.

We were travelling from delhi to haldwani. At dasna toll we waited for almost 6 -7mins
We asked the toll boy that we will not pay toll fe due to rule of exemption for toll fee if waited for more than 3 mins
And moreover he started abusing us.
His manager also started abusing.
We are really worried for our nation future if ppl cannot avail rights.
U can check cctv cameras over there.
Kindly loge my complaint and confirm for solution on top most priority.

As per superme court decision, if any individual wait for more than 3 minutes then he will not liable to pay toll, but something happened at shahpura toll on jaipur delhi highway we wait for more then 8 minutes but still he charged toll from us.

When i was traveling with family from garhshankar to jammu & kashmir
The toll barrier staff didn't give us balance when we gave them 300. The receipt was 230. They didn't gave us balance. Their behave was so rudely. Same as for when we came back to our town. Toll post was lakhanpur. So plz with due respect take proper action to the toll staff.. Thanks!

It is quite annoying to see regular vehicles are passing by through fastag lanes. What is the difference in implementing such program to save consumer time? When asked the toll gate persons, they were rude saying that we can go and compaint where ever we want. I mean the response is so ridiculous. Icici & fastag team has to respond to me on this without which i will file a case agaist you in consumer court having read all t&c...

1. I shall be highly obliged to you if you favour me by taking a strong steps against the employs or the owners of toll tax stop amritsar patankot road at kathunangal (Amritsar).

2. I am a serving army solider and when ever i passes from that above mention toll plaza the employs over there always ask for the payment inspite of producing identity card by me.

3. Some times they use such a bad words which i cant mention in this complain.

4. May i request you please enquirey the matter, on what basis they harrash the military personals.

I have waited for 4.32 minutes. According to rule no fees should be collected. But he took rs 75. This is pure corruption.

According to rule by national highways authority of india. After 3 minutes in waiting queue the vehicle can exclude the toll fess. But the toll plaza are breaking the rules made by govt. I want to file a case on them.. Please look after that..

Toll fees being collected on highways... What for? I firmly believe with the information i had that these fees are collected from the cars playing on concerned highways by those who are authorised by the nhai, and in turn these toll collectors are supposed to maintain the concerned highways well so that the vehicles should have a "safe and smooth drive".

A couple of days back i was travelling from rajamahendravaram to narsapur and on the way from kadiam to siddhantam i found the highway with lot of pitfalls and with no maintenance at all. Hardly one or two patchworks in small bits were done. And i had to pay a lot of concentration behind the wheel to overcome the pitfalls and in the process at one moment i narrowly missed brushing a vehicle coming behind which missed my attention in jig-jag drive.
Immediately after passing the siddhantam bridge, i had to encounter the tollgate and while paying the toll fee i spoke to the in charge mr. Narasimharaju or narasimha rao (Purportedly introduced by the counter clerk), who is very evasive and indifferent to my queries about maintenance of the highway and even he was trying to make a fun of our query. Then i asked for the complaint book, and i found therein, while recording mine car regn no. Ap 5 dw 7709), lot many complaints already written. But no visible action from the concerned, as can be seen from my above writeup. If nothing can be done from your side the toll fees collected from us be refunded and n toll fees to be collected further till the highways are kept in good shape.

I was traveling through kothkapura - moga toll free road as of rules if toll time exceed 3 min then toll is free but after that still toll officer ask me for toll and he was behaviour was very bad towards me and he ask if i can't pay toll then i will not be allowed to pass the toll. I am tax payer of the country and i am aware of my rights. I request to take big action towards this issue.

Nhai has been building bridges on pune-mumbai highway. The area i am complaining about is at pune and it is from sus overbridge to wakad bridge. Due to these construction activities all service roads as well as roads under various bridges that are neighbouring to highway has been damaged badly. I tried the local corporation (Pune munciple corporation) but they are not able to provide permanent solution saying that this are does not come under their jurisdiction.
Will the proper authority look into this?

Dipesh deshmukh here resident of near by panvel area, i am writing you this complain because from past many days i am observing the nh4 highway i. E mumbai banglore highway which also pass through my residence, the condition of road is a threat for bike riders n small vehicles because from panvel to dandphata there are more than 60 extreme danger potholes which needs be repaired as soon as possible orelse we will loose many lives daily.
Its my humble request to pay attention to this complain on high priority and dont ignore this.
