Long queue in toll plaza

I travel mostly from bengeluru to kerala twice a week. I have seen toll plaza always gets crowded and we almost wait 30 minutes and sometimes more..

I knew about the rule that if there are more than 5 vehicles in all the queues the toll must be opened to free the traffic. But the below tolls are not following the same and i request you to take some action which will help the public.

I am a regular traveler in between jalandhar and ludhiana where I come to know yesterday only 26th of April 2017 regarding a rule where one can refuse to pay toll if he stuck more than 3 minutes in any toll plaza, I usually stuck in toll plaza available in between jalandhar and ludhiana i.e. ladowal toll plaza (km328.050on nh01)

Encroachment of land on NH.1 from ludhiana to jalandhar

The old octroi post and building is used by certain people who have modified it and hav got electricity connection. With malafide intention complaint to p. W. D. Departmention hav proved futile. Violation of lanes by truckers on nh 8

Waiting for more than 17 minutes on toll and rude behaviour

I had to wait for than 17 minutes to get my pass and i requested them to use the express till and was happy to pay and explained them the reason but the staff was very rude and was barely listening to me and was using swearing word. Abusive fast Tag system.

I got this fastTag from IDFC bank. On Apr 14 2017, I was coming from Madivala to Electronic City Phase 1 through Bangalore Electronic City Elevated Way. At Electronic City Phase 1 BETL toll, it was showing "Tag is expired". It worked fine in same day morning & had Rs 450+ balance in my account. I showed the SMS that I got in from morning trip. But they didn't agree, and they made me pay Rs 45 for that. Total Rs 155 (45+45+20 from IDFC account...

Reg fast tag usage

With reference to the fast tag usage, we who are using fast tag are unable to use the exclusive lane as far as the toll gates located between Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada.In this toll gates the contractors are using handy fast tag scanners And especially at the toll gates namely Kalparru and Pottipadu which are located between Eluru and Vijayawada they don't have even these handy fast tag readers also. All vehicles allowed in fastag lane no took more time

Fastag lane was useless at Wallajahpet till plaza just before Vellore coming from Chennai. All vehicles without tag were allowed no monitoring. Even vehicles with return tickets were using the lane. The toll plaza manager is completely indifferent to complaints. There should be restrictions to allow only vehicles with tag to enter. Dug up highway

The national highway (66/77) from Krishnagiri to Tiruvannamalai in Tamil Nadu is in a very bad condition for almost 5 years now. It has been dug up every few feet and has deep pits on the road and has become a nightmare to travel on this road. It is basically unmotorable and many accidents take place. During the monsoons it is just no road for cars and smaller vehicles. I hope the NHAI will take up the repairs and make the road motorable...

Charging of toll tax from serving army personnel by toll booth at lucknow kanpur toll booth

The operators showed a copy of petition submitted in the Punjab Armed Forces Tribunal as the authority for collection of toll tax from serving defence personel. Unauthorised charges

Bad roads and existence of speed breakers in the stretch between dharwad to davangere (Nh4)

Its been several years i have been driving this stretch till bengalore, never have i seen the nh4 between dharwad to davangere in good shape. Its most unsafe highway i have ever seen in my life despite paying heavy tolls. The road is totally melted away and every now and then there are very speed breakers, which supreme court has asked nhai to remove, but here i find in every 5km a big speed breaker which has cause accidents for so many highway...

I got correct receipt at toll plaza pithadiya receipt no. [protected] at 8.51 pm for my car no. 5270.It was clearly mentioned the authority as NHAI, west gujarat expressway ltd...etc
further when i reached the next tpll plaza, near village PIPALIYA, i was recovered Rs. 35.00 at 21.29 . It was printed MC:00001849 BL_NO.00008934 CLERK:1
No any authority name is...

Truck drivers using first lane

I stay in gujarat. I have observed several times that truck drives adamantly use first lane at around the slow speed of 50km/ hour. We, the small car drivers, have to use third lane to overtake. These overtakings are risking the life o[censored]s as well as of slow vehicle passengers viz. Rickshaws and bikers. There is a waste of time and risk of life too.
