National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Triple charges on toll plaza

Dear Sir,
It is submitted that I crossed national highway toll plaza of Dharer Azizpur Punjab for going Zirakpur to Rajpura by my car Regd no. CH01AH 4887 at 10.48 am on 4th September, 2022 and deducted charges of Rs. 60/- through fastag . On returning toll plaza man said to me that fastag has no balance, therefore he demaned cash Rs.80/- . I showed him balance in fastag app but he denied and taken Rs.80/- cash with fine and gave me slip issued at 5.20 pm which is enclosed for your ready reference. Passers who were coming behind me abusing by blowing horns due to delay of this process, therefore, i got mentally harrasment. After some time, i got SMS for deduction of Rs.20/- (Screenshot enclosed) from fastag at 5.17 pm. Thus, toll plaza man cheated me by taking unnecessary Rs.80/- with fine. I faced harrasment from the behind coming passers who were blowing horns. It is, therefore, requested to take appropriate action against the toll plaza man for his negligency, refund my money alongwith compassion amount and compassion amount for harrassing me on the road. If i don't receive any response from your side then i will have to go to appropriate authority for legal remedies for the sake of PIL. I hope my problem will be shortout at the earliest.
