In december in the website called niki. Ai, offer was going that if you collect 30 niki passes of rs.1 each you will be entitled to get rs. 50 amazon voucher or if vouchers are over you will get 30 niki credits.

I have purchased niki passes each of rs.1 on 14/12/2019 and till date no amazon voucher nor niki credits have been credited.

Actually i have done payment of rs. 30 via google pay of rs. 1 each but niki website sent me two mails of rs. 1 each for niki passes. Now they are saying that i have bought only 2 passes whereas from my bank account there are 30 entries of rs. 1 and below is the accounts details.

Request you to ask them and tell them to check all the entries as all reference numbers o[censored]pi transfers have been mentioned. Below as well as image of bank statement is attached.
