I had unfortunately brought SonyLiv voucher from a crap app like Niki on 24.01.2021 to binge watch some series. It's been 5 days still voucher not received . Infact getting false mails from their useless customer service. Please get my refund processed on top priority

Dear team,

In december in the website called niki. Ai, offer was going that if you collect 30 niki passes of rs.1 each you will be entitled to get rs. 50 amazon voucher or if vouchers are over you will get 30 niki credits.

I have purchased niki passes each of rs.1 on 14/12/2019 and till date no amazon voucher nor niki credits have been credited.

Actually i have done payment of rs. 30 via google...

Have had a pathetic experience after more than a year o[censored]sage of
Niki and being an Elite user of Niki when my bill payment was not
confirmed by the operator and the amount is neither refunded even
after 4 days of doing the transaction. I need to pay the bill before
22nd December and have raised 3 tickets from your app support section
as well but no reply. They don't even pick up your call. Worst
support.br...

B2c commerce platform niki. Ai is run by complete scammers who promote amazon gift vouchers on their platform and issue used codes.

Several users have been defrauded of thousands (Rs. 10, 000 for me!) while these frauds offer no solution for months and do not even respond to emails — see the ordeal that is ensuing since oct 16 in the attached inbox screenshot.

This is a major scam that needs immediate attention...

Money deducted from amazon pay wallet while doing recharge from niki. Ai app and recharge wasn't successful and even they didn't process my recharge. There is no entry of my recharge in my order section of niki. Ai, i have attached screenshot of my amazon pay wallet.
I have contacted them 2 times but there is no response from them.
Transaction id is written in that screen shot....

I have paid the electricity bill of rs.1420 via niki app of pspcl with account no. B52gm170136p and successfully paid for it and niki also told me that received the payment and i will get the confirmation in 3 hrs but till now no confirmation... Help me because the due date is near

I purchased 3 amazon gift card of rs 2000 each from niki but when i receive them and try to use them they show that they are already redeemed. I try to contact to niki executive several times but no response till now. I need my money back or give me amazon voucher worth rs 6000 which are unused. It is a fraud with me. Hello, I paid rs. 1345 K No: [protected] Order ID: [protected] on niki for BESCOM Feb18 bill on Mar 18th of 2018 . It was not reflected in the BESCOM ledger, mar bill also added up by Rs 1220 . when i got alert from niki that pay oustanding bill of rs.1345, i though bill generated for month of Mar with same same amount and paid on 13th Apr 18 via Order ID: [protected] for Rs 1345. Unfortunately, i see that later in physical bill...

I roshan y kalburgi had used the app Niki.ai I liked it and I think this is a standard company but they does not have support team from the company I had made a recharge for my jio number but the recharge was not done successfully so it is a procedure to return the amount form there company the recharge was done by the amount of 399rs twice I should get the refund of 798rs I had made completely to the company by the mail but it not done still...
