Niki.ai — bill not paid- no refund- no update- no customer support

Have had a pathetic experience after more than a year o[censored]sage of
Niki and being an Elite user of Niki when my bill payment was not
confirmed by the operator and the amount is neither refunded even
after 4 days of doing the transaction. I need to pay the bill before
22nd December and have raised 3 tickets from your app support section
as well but no reply. They don't even pick up your call. Worst
support.

Please resolve my issue as soon as possible or I will have to raise a
