I have booked for interior and exterior painting with NIPPON on 16-March-2022 and made a payment of Rs.62000. I was told by the agent ajith kumar and jayakaran that i will be receiving the receipt on the same day evening and its 23-March, i still didn't get my receipt. They earlier promised that they will be starting working from 23-March and now they come up with different date and i totally lost trust in NIPPON. They are not answering my call whenever i request for the bill. I felt like i was cheated by your company.
I am still trying to connect with them to get the receipt or cancel the booking but nothing works. Their customer service is pathetic and really useless providing any solution.
I would like to cancel my booking and not interested in taking up any service from Nippon due to their worst behaviour. Please help me in getting the amount refund.
