Sir, we ve booked taxi 14april by 7pm from ex ser colony to ezhil nagar trichy with non AC for 2 members approximately 14 to 15 kms but charged Rs. 378
I want to clear explanation about this problem
I ve travelled many times but nothing have happen in my past experience this time i am very upset with your poor service

I am a regular customer.i have went for Madurai Teppakulam, the cab booked for me is BL 9325, Cab driver no : [protected], he spoke wrongly with my family members and also drink and drive, i have already complaint to the office, but no action took, if no action taken i will complaint to police only.very unsafe drive, feel very bad to book with NTL.
