I have purchased OLA S1 AIR on nov, 2023. When this company is selling S1 air model for about 1, 31, 000. I also purchased 5 year warranty because at that time there is no 8 year battery warranty. After 4 months they slapped on a lot of old customers who trusted on this company when it is new, by introducing 8 year battery warranty to only new customers.
Then with a lot of guilt and upset I went to ola electric experience center near me and they made me fool by telling that 8 year battery warranty will automatically came in your account as I am only 4 months old customer. So, I trust him and went back to home after this I went for coaching for neet exam and maybe you all know it requires no distraction so I don’t have any connection to social media till diwali when I came back home. Then, I get to know that ola 8 year battery warranty is not for old customers and it can only top up and also through a program called refer and earn (which is worsen than ever as I refered 2 persons and got nothing). But when I checked ola electric site it shows that I am unable to purchase top up warranty as I have late by 3 days because we can only top up withing 12 months and I purchased it on 1 nov (delivered on 12 nov) and checked website for top up on 14 nov, 2024.
Am I fool, who payed 10-12k more for ola S1 air current price and also can’t even get 8 year warranty for free, not free not even I can purchase it.
Worst experience in my life, and I am feeling very very guilt and want to complain as I feel scammed. Was this information helpful? |
