My bike ( order ID : OET-[protected]-DEB677) got allotted and dispatched on 15th October. After receiving call from team, I took receipt for choice number from local RTO on 20th October.
I got [01024407] case number when I sent choice number receipt on ola's support mail ID on 3rd of November.
I got call from ola team ( [protected]) on 9th November asking me to send same receipt via WhatsApp.
Which I did. After this, I was supposed to receive call for Vahan OTP. which I never received.
Since then I am continuously following up with OLA support team ( [protected]) and every time I am receiving same answer that information has been noted and case is escalated.
My Choice number receipt got expired on 20th of November.
I was told that I will get bike delivered on 26th of November,
Today its 04 December and I haven't received bike yet and I am paid my first EMI on 2nd of December.
I am sure that OLA support system failed me as customer and bike delivery is delayed due to incompetent registration team, despite my bike's arrival at local distribution center.
