I have ola care plan that includes home repair too.
I made complaint on 19 aug and home appointment was scheduled for 31 aug
After 19 august till today 10 nov 2024, complaint is not attended
Old complaints were closed and after it I booked new complaints.
Only 1 time, I got call from gurgaon service centre, but neither any part I received jor anyone came for repair
Till today not a single time, any call came from service centre not anyone came for repair at home
I complained on twitter too.
Don't buy ola electric, they have only single support phone number and rude and useless support system and staff
No escalation matrix, no level 2 and 3 exists
And ceo bhavish agarwal is also very rude, even I added him in tweets. No solution
It's a scam to buy ola electric. If you have smooth life and want problems in your life then go, but ola electric and waste your money. Was this information helpful? |
