Just few days before i filled up the my personal details on Ola Electric.com and very next day i got the mail about if i am interested in the dealership of Ola Electric.. i dint check the mail id and other details as mail was immediately hit my mailbox after applying on ola website. I filled the application received in mail and very next day i got the approval confirmation along with terms & conditions And asking us to deposit 45500 as processing fee which is refundable in case application is withdrawn. there onwards some guy ajay singhania (fraud name) called and started sharing details of dealership and told this is FIFO basis so you have to decide first. since we were interested in this we dint go in the angle for investigating it as fraud .. as all the thing were falling in place starting from OLA website. The document received had the details of account number where amount required to be transferred.. to my shock this account name is given as OLA ELECTRIC MOBILITY LIMITED so nobody can doubt about fraud account. We transferred the amount through the cheque and got acknowledgment receipt as well from the fraud guy. You can see in this whole story no loop hole he has left to believe that he is OLA person.. we were asked to wait till Monday for further process and wait for product to launch on 15 august. Eventually someone from delhi called and asked us if we are interested in the dealership as we have shown interest on the OLA website.. then it clicked our mind how this guy doesn’t know about my application processing and we anticipated that we have been conned . After connecting with the bank on the same bank told amount is gone in account of Krishan kumar and the account is somewhere in siroli gujrat.. the same 45500 transactions were there in statement in multiple of that fraud account.
I am writing this whole incident here so dont get trapped with their plan.
Points you need to check.
The mail id from which you communicate the details.. check on company website if it does matches with their regular mail id’s
Grammatical, numerical Mistakes in the mail or in terms and condition letter.
Application number..strange.. in our case it is ending with 786
Identify the tone of person otherside .. if he prefer talking hindi or sound little bit bihari.. then he is trying conn Was this information helpful? | 
But I was told something else. I got an sms not any email and was asked to send below information

I was told that I got the first call for my city location and would be made dealership in-charge. As per them, To get dealership I must have 500-2000 sq ft ground floor position. And an investment of 15 lac minm is required.
I even asked the guy that when they are going to visit my shop to survey. He asked me to send me all those documents as above which has details of my bank account too.
I even told them that I never did business before and this is the first time I m starting.
I don't understand that why before enquiring about me in-person they wanted all my confidential document. It looked like something fishy. Isn't it?
Even the mail domain name [protected]@olaelectricscooterdealership.org, looks different from company's standard domain @olaelectric.com
