Bought Electric scooter from OLA on 5th Jan 2023. On 21st Jan 24 the scooter delveloped an issue. I registered a case with OLA company and they till now its not been resolved. I create tickets, escalated it online on their Twitter account too but not helping.
They also asked me to pay 4129 for the care plus plan, which i did by going to thier thane experience centre. Now I am told that the transaction failed and they have not received the money. Money has been deducted from my account. Hence my problems are as follows
Need them to fix my scooter which is stranded from 21st Jan
Start my OLA care + plan for the payment that I have done.
