Hello, i have purchased ola s1 x+ on 23rd march 2024. Scooter is completely dead on 27th, called multiple times for road side assistance but no one came even after 8 hours. I booked a porter and got it checked, they told that its a known issue - i need to remove and insert the plug to reboot the vehicle which is in trunk. They also told that it’s happening when some two wires touch in front panel and they permanently fixed it by tighing some thread to a wire. But again on 29th march, bike got brokedown. When i called customer care they said that they cant provide road side assistance as i parked my vehicle in safe place (though its broke down). Still my issue is not fixed. 2 times break down in 7 days of purchasing and on top of it pathetic service and no permanent resolution. They cant even replace the vehicle or refund the amount - such a pathetic service Was this information helpful? |
