I have received email Quote from Ola through email and repeated message on what sup to renew my Own damage Policy for Rs. 2480. I did not respond to them untilo I get a proper connection through phone call. Their customer care number cannot be connected through any other number other than registered mobile. When I try to call from my number to [protected], automatically it is getting disconnected. Final I got a call from Ola and I got my doubts clarified even though the quote was very high compared to market. I paid Rs. 2480 and chosen Digit as my insurer on 21 June for the policy expiring on 29 June. So far they did not respond or issued the policy except saying that they are working on my policy. Finally, I had to take another policy from market of oriental Insurance. When I intimated them about this there was no response. Now I am not able to connect them nor getting any response or refund.
My service experience in the last month was pathetic and kept the vehicle in the garage for a month. one year passed out of which almost two months the vehicle was with the garage for almost two months for repair.
