My Ola scooter has been having problems for 13 days due to which I have complained 10 times about home appointments and once my home appointment has been cancelled from OLA side without solving any problem. Second home appointment has been booked for today (22.5.24) and "OLA SERVICE CENTRE Padmanabhpur Durg Chhattisgarh" has been appointed for service, the complaint ticket number is 03293977 and this has been registered since last 8 days, the service center person or anyone from OLA service side has not yet contacted me regarding the problem with the scooter.
I am worried about when the problem of my scooter will be solved. I am very upset and frustrated with OLA's service. I am a Central Government executive and I am facing a lot of problems commuting to office.
I request OLA SERVICE PROVIDER to get the scooter problem fixed through home service as soon as possible.
Scooter's problem is “Display shows switch to park mode and press restart button” after doing this problem remains the same, even rebooting also not solving the problem.
