Ola electric parts are not available and service centers team is saying it will take around 6 months as 13 more scooters are waiting for the same part for last 6 months but no received. The scooter is very risky to drive without replacing part. The ola is not concerned about customer safety. The says not to leave scooter stale for more than few days but scooter remains stale for many months which lapse their warranty period and damages the battery and if it damaged, they ask for a large amount from customers to replace. The company is just selling vehicles no after sale service. Please take strict action and stop their new vehicle sale and production unless they sort out their issue with services and part availability.
