I ordered the OLA electric vehicle on 23rd May 2023,
The promised delivery date is 2 June 2023.
When I ordered at the time there is no pop-up message or any other information was not mentioned due to the central government FAME2 subsidy hike information.
I am eagerly waiting for OLA electric vehicle delivery but I was suddenly surprised that when I check into OLA App, I have to pay 15, 000 extra due to FAME 2 subside revision. then only delivery can be possible this is a total mind game played by OLA EV. they're cheating the people like no with the cheap mentality.
Note: they did not mention at the time of booking on 23rd May 2023 about the FAME 2 Price increase
Therefore I have canceled my order and waiting for a REFUND.
I booked this order with my credit card, credit card bill has already been generated, I canceled the ORDER on 1st June 2023, and as per the company rules refund should credit within 5-7 working day's but now completed 10+ working days but still, I did not get the refund
My question is that if I miss any policies or any rules on OLS Does the company accepts them?? without penalty ? I need justice on this, kindly help me, I can tell the company treated me unfairly relation on my vehicle delivery
I have contacted multiple times but the call could not connect to the customer executive only e-mails are accepted after canceling the order, there is not possible to contact them if ORDER got canceled, no response from them.
Because of this order, I was mentally and I torched, and sleepless properly, now there are not responding to my refund.
