Have ola care plus subscription and sent my ola for service on 2nd October, however it’s been almost 2 months but my ola hasn’t been delivered to me although it got serviced 2 weeks ago. The app shows misleading status and despite raising tens of complaints have received no positive response/action from Ola. The app keeps showing my ola score has left the Geo fencing area ands I’m not sure if it’s been used by the technicians for their personal use.
