Months ago, I purchased an Ola S1X Plus vehicle. Last month, I was involved in an accident that caused my scooter to break. I sent the scooter to the Ola service center, but to date, there has been no update regarding its status. No one answers phone calls, and when I visited the Ola Experience Centre, they informed me that it would take time. It's been one month since my scooter has been at the service center, and I received the claim estimate last week, after the scooter was there for 20 days.
