My electric scooter stoped in the middle of the road in the evening I tried to contact Ola support but no call was picked up somehow I managed to brought my scotter at home and then I called again to the Ola showroom members they told to raise a ticket and all the tickets were full . From 5 days the scooter is parked at home only . then they told to come to showroom somehow I managed to take the scooter to showroom now it has been 2 days the scooter is not service yet and they told me to wait for another 3 days I am a working woman and I need vehicle daily but this is how Ola treats their customers very disappointed .
