[Resolved] Ola Money — amount debited but still showing dues not cleared

I paid rs 859 for ola money postpaid on 26th of october 2019 still showing dues of rs 859
Amount of rs 859 has already been debited from my a/c. I am here by attaching the screenshot as a proof.
I want my money back otherwise i will move to consumer forum with this proof.
I want my money back within a period of one week.

Ola Money Customer Care's response Hi Souram, Kindly note that the transaction you have made on 26th Oct 2019 towards your OlaMoney postpaid due was unsuccessful. the refund was initiated on the same day to the source account. we request you to check you bank account once.
