Please review below mail from "Vayyavuru V '' about our discussion related to Ola Money and it should have been already adjusted and due will be"0 " by now.
As explained previously, I have paid the amount from my end directly to the Driver and also on 31 Mar itself I have got confirmation from you (Ola Money) saying the amount will be adjusted, It has already been more than a week but still I am getting repeated automated calls daily 3-4 times.
Also, from past 3days daily I am getting call from Ola Money Agents requesting to clear the dues, but I am not sure whether they are able to understand the English or not, and even they will not be on call until I explain everything related to our previous tele-communication or about below mail of Ola Money Adjustment, as they will keep disconnecting the call in between or end abruptly and then after sometime, I will get call again from next guy and it will repeat.
It's not fair to reach out to customers and irritate this many times with automated calls and also not even one guy has enough patience to listen to what I was saying over the call .
Please take necessary action on immediate basis on this and call me back on my contact and please make sure who has enough time to listed what I am saying.
