I have received a call on 11.09.17, who said he is from mr. Deepak kumar sharma, from mumbai. But later i got message that amount has been withdrawn by using my atm card no.- [protected] by ola money - zipcash. That means someone fraudulently has withdrawn amount from my account by using my atm card no.. Following are the details; Ref. No.-[protected]; amt= rs.9999/-; dtd.-11.09.17 by ola money. Verified Support Sep 17, 2017 Ola Money Customer Care's response We understand your concern regarding an unauthorized transaction processed towards Ola Money. We would request you to please provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet. In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account.
