Hi ola cabs,
On any auto rides, we have paid the amounts as soon as we got down from vehicles. Driver will say to pay and then we pay decided whatever amount in app.
As we use ola cabs occasionally, we have no idea about ola postpaid services and I didn't even know about it and even driver didn't mentioned about the post paid payment. Infact on the perticuler ride on 16th may the driver asked me to pay via cash, and assured me that cash to be paid. but on the very next day I got call to pay the due amount for the same last day ride. immediatly I mailed to Ola on 17th may (ride CRN [protected]) (Ticket no.5399594) regarding this. but I go reply that, this is not in our scope, you have to pay the ride amount.
And now i'm getting continues text messages and calls from ola that clear your dues - 521/- and extra for pending due.
I have already sent multiple mails to ola support teams - [protected]@olamoney.com, [protected]@...id.zendesk.com; but there is no proper response. Always the same not in our scope.

And from the last few days, started getting harassment calls to clear the dues.
Why should we pay the amount when we have already paid to the driver.
This looks some kind of fraud is going with this kind of post paid services, without providing proper information/ notifications to the customer.
First streamline your business process properly, choose drivers properly and then start the services.
Don't harass your customers with this kind of half-baked business process models
I request ola please provide proper support and stop this harassment to your customer.
