[Resolved] Ola Money — bank account hacked and money transferred thru ola

Hi,

My name is shamita bhatkar and today morning (30th august) my axis bank account was hacked and part of the money (17, 000) have been transferred thru ola.

The details are as follows:

I am going to police to complain and shall forward a copy of the complaint soon.

Please please help me recover the money.

Ola Money Customer Care's response We understand your concern regarding an unauthorized transaction processed towards Ola Money.

We would request you to kindly provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet.

In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account. Kindly ask the authorities to write to [protected]@olacabs.com with the supporting documents for investigation.
