Hello, I paid cash (INR 422) to my driver but my wallet postpaid account was deducted too. I'm a senior citizen and don't know why my wallet was debited even when I paid cash to my driver. Possibly, the payment method was defaulted to Postpaid (I was not prompted to change it). That said, when I paid cash, the driver should not have taken my cash as he was already paid. I request you to please reverse the charge against my Postpaid Wallet balance. My ride was on 31-Jul, 2022 with CRN [protected]. My phone number is [protected]. Hello - The email address you provided has been obfuscated by the website so I can't see it on here. The email shows up as [protected]@olamoney.com. Can you share just the portion of the email before the "at symbol"? That way, the website will not obfuscate the email address.
