I paid cash to the driver via Phonepe for the ride but the same was deducted from Ola postpaid as well. Even after providing the transaction details and screenshot, Ola is denying to reset my postpaid balance. This way they are openly making it very easy for few dishonest drivers to cheat on the customers. Very poor support from the support team. Jul 13, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I was asked to share screenshot of the transaction that was done through PhonePe. After which I got a call from Ola. It got resolved with 4 days. Ola wallet was reset. Ola Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
