Ola Money — Charged twice, Harsh behavior

I took ola ride on 14th November at 12:40pm. At drop point I did upi payment of Rs 102. The driver told me he didn't receive but my bank account was debited with Rs 102. With no choice I did upi payment of Rs102 again.
This time he told me he received. When asked about Earlier payment he was harsh and didn't give proper explanation.
After some time I received a message that the payment was timed out and would be credited but its already November 19th, I am yet to be refunded. Request to look into this matter and refund.
