This is regarding a pathetic experience i faced 5 days ago and i'm complaining about the same to ola support since that day but they're not resolving.
I booked an ola bike through ola app from my mobile no.
I had to send a parcel from one place to another within my city.
The bike rider came and i gave him the otp and he picked up my parcel... Before his reaching the destination i paid through my paytm wallet the total amount. But he reached the destination and the amount was already deducted from my paytm wallet. He did not deliver the parcel to customer and was fighting that he wanted the payment on his personal number and he denied that he did not receive the money through ola app. He forced me to pay twice otherwise he would run away with my parcel. I had to pay him again on his personal paytm no. His name was saraswat kumar. I am attaching the picture for your reference. One picture is of ola ride and payment information and the other picture is of my second personal payment to the ola bike driver. He was getting extreme rude and after paying him on his personal number on paytm he again denied that he did not receive the payment. But after a lot of quarrel he finally gave the parcel to the customer.
I would request ola company to pls refund my money for one of the payments. This was the most pathetic experience with ola. I am speechless. The driver was way too unprofessional and unethical. That driver created a lot of mistrust between the customer and ola cabs and services. Waiting for my refund.
I tried to raise an issue through the ola app but it is not helpful my complaint is not getting submitted.
