"I HAVE SEND MAIL TO THEM WITH BELOW MATTER BUT THEY NOT CLEAR THE ISSUE TILL THIS DATE".
I have used Ola Money Postpaid and converted it as EMI and I have paid EMI through PayTm directly to IDFC LOAN ACCOUNT because ola money postpaid site is showing "total used amount as dues to payment. I have send mails from last 3 months BUT not updated in ola app till date and NOT wave off all charges showing in OLA app.
My CIBIL is coming down because of this issue so please update it immediately.
I HAVE MAILED TO ([protected]@olamoney.com) THEM MANY TIMES BUT THEY NOT RESPONDED PROPERLY AND NOT CLEAR THE ISSUE.
