Ola Money PostPaid+ or ABFL has reported to CIBIL, Experian and other credit Bureaus that I have been late with the payment in the month of November when I have not even been in India since 2021 and have not used the app in over a year ????!!! Is this a Joke ?
In fact I’m the past, I have cleared my dues off way before the payment due date and once when I was charged with a late fee, it was paid right after it was flagged . so why then ABFL/OLA POSTPAID has reported my account late in CIBIL, EXPERIAN and across other bureaus ?? They have made up trips that I have not even taken and reported these overdue amounts.
ABFL / Ola Postpaid have reported the account late in CIBIL wrongfully damaging my CIBIL score. This is absolutely careless on the part of whoever is responsible for the CIBIL reporting of accounts and is GROSS MISCONDUCT as the consumer is having to suffer for NO fault of mine & this false reporting will harmfully affect my job search process and the background checks therein!
I have been resident in London since 2021 and had received NO calls or emails asking about any overdue payments and now randomly there are trips shown on my account and overdue payment calls with very threatening phrasing are being made to me.
Do ABFL your finance partner think CIBIL report of a consumer is a joke ? They just report FALSE INFORMATION ARBITRARILY ?
This is gross Misconduct playing with the credit profile of a customer by ABFL/Ola Money postpaid+, and apparently as per these forums, it has been done by OLAMoney repeatedly to many customers.
Also I cannot reach you guys over the phone and email responses are very slow so I demand a call back at once with an explanation of this wrongful reporting !!
I DEMAND THIS WRONGFUL REPORTING OF LATE PAYMENT FOR MY ACCOUNT BE REMOVED FROM CIBIL, EXPERIAN AND ALL OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS AT IMMEDIATELY AND THE ERROR TO BE RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY, otherwise I am reporting this to the RBI - Banking ombudsman with all the proof that how ABFL / OLA POSTPAID is damaging my credit report time & again by sheer callousness and negligence !! Did they resolve your issue? I have same issue and they are asking me to wait for 30-40 days.
I think we all should highlight this in tweet also with ticket numbers tagging CEO and other officials.
