[Resolved] Ola Money — fraud of atm card

On 30th july, 2017 at 11:55 am, there was a call from unknown caller and he represented himself as a bank officer.in the conversation, he succeeded to take my atm card details. I some time i saw sma that rupees 9521.00 are illegally withdrawn from my sbi bank account. Upon investigation, it was found that money transaction has taken place through ola money. The

Ola Money Customer Care's response We would request you to please provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet.

In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account. Please ask the concerned authorities to write to [protected]@olacabs.com with the supporting documents for investigation.

Thank you for your response. Please note that we do not have any wallet with you and fraud has taken place by taking card information over phone. However, we have lodged a complaint with concern authority.
