Being an occasional user of Ola, I had no clue about ola postpaid services, neither did I opt for one on my application. I finished my last ride and paid the money in cash to the driver. The driver initially asked for cash at the toll naka where I paid 1000 in cash and later cleared the remaining amount of Rs. 2500 in cash as soon as the ride ended. The driver didn't mention anything about ola postpaid and took the entire money in cash.
Now i'm getting text messages and emails from ola everyday that I need to clear dues- Rs. 2500+ late payment Rs. 100
I have already sent multiple mails to ola support teams and called their customer care desk many times to raise this issue - @olasupport @olamoney.com, @olamoneypostpaid.but there is no proper response.
From past few daya I have started getting harrasment calls that I need to clear o/s amount asap. Don't harass your customers with this kind of half-baked business process models.
I request ola please to provide proper support and stop this harassment!
