Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible in my account as this is a fraud txn

Purti Kulkarni's response My SBI debit card is misused. Kindly cancel all the purchase made ony debit card dated 10/8/17.

Ola Money Customer Care's response We understand your concern regarding an unauthorized transaction processed towards Ola Money.

We would request you to kindly provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet.

In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account. Kindly ask the authorities to write to [protected]@olacabs.com with the supporting documents for investigation.

I have recharged my jio no by amounting 399 but that is not received in jio account because that was not a valid amount for recharge and money has deducted from my ola money account.
