[Resolved] Ola Money — fraud transaction from sbi account

Dear sir / madam, This is to inform you that there has been online fraud transaction from my father's sbi debit card against his sbi savings account no ending with. 4142 on 07/09/2017 to olamoney zipcash. Total transaction amount of rs 19998 /- has been debited from my father's account. The person who had called said that he was from sbi bank and that the debit card has been blocked and to unblock the debit card the debit cards information is required. My father is a senior citizen and is not very much aware of the facts and process related to online transaction. Request you to please take necessary action against above fraud transaction & please refund the amount. We have already registered an fir and informed the matter to cyber crime branch. Matter shall be taken up legally. I shall be obliged if you could take up the matter on priority. Looking forward for your quick & favourable response. Thanking you, Regards. Verified Support Sep 17, 2017 Ola Money Customer Care's response We understand your concern regarding an unauthorized transaction processed towards Ola Money. We would request you to please provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet. In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account.
