@ola team Someone has uploaded money into their ola money account wrongly (Without our approval) using our sbi bank debit card (Ending with 8143) Details are as below - Amount : rs. 9998.00 Time : 4:16 pm today (September 12, 2017) Mobile number of the ola money account : [protected] Since the ola money account to which it has been uploaded is not ours, hence please make the refund to the source card / bank asap and freeze this fraudster's ola money wallet. Verified Support Sep 17, 2017 Ola Money Customer Care's response We understand your concern regarding an unauthorized transaction processed towards Ola Money. We would request you to please provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet. In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account.
